Cancellations 60+ days prior to Arrival - Refund of deposit and

Cancellations
60 days or less prior to Arrival - Your refund of any monies paid
(Deposit/Rent/Tax) will be less $ 100 cancellation fee plus any
reduction in rent rate needed for last minute bookings.

of the units. There is a Ralph's grocery store located just a
few miles north on Mission Blvd.

guides are located within the unit.

WHAT DO WE NEED TO BRING?
1) Beach Towels / Chairs or Blankets - Towels/Linens provided
are not to be removed from the unit.
2) Food -
Please note: When stocking the fridge with warm products you must
wait 24 hrs before the fridge recovers to proper temperature,
DO NOT turn the temperature up as it will only delay the process.

WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO BEFORE WE DEPART?
CLEANING / TRASH:
1) Unless otherwise noted, the cost of cleaning is included in
your rent. Please remove food and trash from the unit. Start dish
washers. Excessive cleaning due to sand etc. will result in an
additional charge from your deposit.
2) Return
keys to lock box location, be sure to leave garage remotes on
counter ( if applicable).

WHERE DO WE PARK?
1) Please refer to your confirmation materials for parking information
as
applicable to your vacation unit selected.
2) You must
observe the parking signs on the streets as well as honor the
parking specified or not for your unit. Failure to do so may very
well result in either a ticket or your vehicle being towed.
8)
ARE THERE ANY OTHER RULES OR TERMS THAT I SHOULD BE AWARE OF?
1) YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
* FAILURE TO DEPART BY 10:00 AM
* ADDITIONAL GUESTS EXCEEDING YOUR CONFIRMED NUMBER
* UNAUTHORIZED PETS
2) NO LOUD
MUSIC OR DISTURBANCES AFTER 10PM - PLEASE RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBORS.
3) WE ARE
NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR ON YOUR PART
- VIOLATORS WILL BE FORCED TO LEAVE AND FORFEIT ALL RENT/TAX AND
DEPOSITS PAID.
4) NO CLOTHING,
TOWELS, ETC SHALL BE HUNG ON BALCONIES.
5) NO BIKES
OR BEACH EQUIPMENT IN HALLS OR UNITS.
6) NO CHARCOAL
BARBECUES ON DECKS.
7) PLEASE
RETURN FURNITURE IN PROPER PLACE, DISHES CLEANED AND PUT AWAY,
TRASH TAKEN OUT OR YOU MAY BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL FEES.
8) YOU WILL
BE CHARGED FOR MISSING ITEMS AND ANY DAMAGE YOU CAUSE. IF THE
AMOUNT EXCEEDS YOUR DEPOSIT YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR THE DIFFERENCE.
IN THE EVENT OF ANY DISPUTE AMONG THE PARTIES (GUESTS, OWNERS
OR DANA HORNE REALTY) THE MATTER WILL BE RESOLVED IN SMALL CLAIMS
COURT.
9) NO USE
OF ON-SITE WASHERS/DRYERS AFTER 10 PM.
10) NO LITTERING
OF COMMON AREAS.
11) NO SMOKING
ALLOWED IN THE UNITS.
